General no-refund rule
All purchases of digital products, licences, keys, credentials, downloads, subscriptions, access periods, and other digitally delivered items are considered final once the order has been delivered or access has been made available.
When a digital order is considered delivered
Delivery occurs when a licence, key, account information, download, digital file, access credentials, activation information, or other purchased digital content is made available through SellAuth, the storefront, email, a delivery page, or another stated delivery method.
Failure to download, activate, install, or use an item after it has been made available does not reverse delivery.
Situations that are not refundable
Except where required by applicable law, refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Accidental purchases or purchasing the wrong product, version, duration, or option.
- Failure to read the product description, requirements, instructions, or status information before purchase.
- Failure to use, download, redeem, activate, or install a delivered product.
- Customer-side hardware, operating-system, software, network, security-software, or configuration issues where relevant requirements were disclosed.
- Refusal or failure to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps requested by support.
- Loss of access caused by sharing, reselling, transferring, abusing, or improperly handling a licence or account.
- Temporary maintenance, updates, or third-party service changes that do not amount to a legally required basis for refund.
- Suspension or termination resulting from fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or a material violation of the Terms of Service.
Compatibility and customer requirements
Customers must review product descriptions and requirements before purchase. Where compatibility information or requirements are disclosed, purchasing without meeting those requirements does not normally qualify for a refund.
If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your setup, contact support before purchasing.
Downtime, maintenance and third-party updates
Some digital products depend on third-party software or services that can change without notice. Temporary downtime, maintenance, compatibility work, updates, or third-party changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
B117 Services may provide updates, status information, replacement access, troubleshooting, or another reasonable solution where appropriate.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe the same order was charged more than once because of a payment-processing error, contact support with the relevant order identifiers. A verified duplicate charge may be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Unauthorized payments
If you believe a payment method was used without authorization, contact the payment provider and B117 Services promptly. Such cases may require verification and are handled according to applicable payment-provider procedures and law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, customers should contact B117 Services so genuine delivery or technical issues can be reviewed. Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of associated licences, accounts, or future service, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights through their payment provider or under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
This no-refund policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that applicable law says cannot be waived or excluded. Where mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy, B117 Services will follow that requirement.
Contact before purchasing
If you are uncertain about compatibility, delivery, installation, or which product to purchase, contact B117 Services before completing checkout. This is the best way to avoid purchasing the wrong digital product.
