Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the storefront, creating an account, placing an order, receiving a digital product, or using B117 Services support, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally permitted to enter into the transaction in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate information where required for checkout, delivery, or support. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and purchase information.
Digital products and delivery
B117 Services primarily provides digital products, licences, access credentials, downloads, instructions, or related digital services. Delivery may be automatic or may require the customer to follow instructions provided after checkout.
An order is considered delivered when the purchased digital content, licence, key, account information, download, or access instructions have been made available through the applicable delivery method.
Customer responsibilities
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, supported software or game version, system requirements, region, licence duration, required setup, and other compatibility information displayed for the product.
You are also responsible for following installation and usage instructions, keeping your device and accounts secure, and contacting support with accurate troubleshooting information when assistance is needed.
Licences, keys and access
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a digital licence or access right is personal to the purchaser and may not be resold, shared, duplicated, transferred, published, or redistributed.
Attempting to circumvent licence restrictions, authentication systems, purchase verification, or access controls may result in suspension or termination of access without compensation, subject to applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the storefront or support systems to commit fraud, initiate abusive payment disputes, impersonate another person, harass staff or customers, distribute malware, interfere with service infrastructure, scrape or overload the service, or obtain access to products without authorization.
Compatibility, updates and third-party changes
Digital products can depend on third-party software, games, operating systems, services, security systems, or updates that B117 Services does not control. Compatibility or functionality can therefore change after a third-party update.
Where possible, product pages or support channels may provide current status information. Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, or third-party changes do not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.
Support
Support is provided through the official B117 Services channels and is intended to help with reasonable installation, delivery, and product-related issues. Response times are not guaranteed. Customers must follow troubleshooting steps and provide the information reasonably needed to investigate an issue.
Prices and payments
Prices are those displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is completed. Payment processing may be handled by SellAuth or third-party payment providers. Additional terms from those providers may apply.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation or termination of access.
Refunds and final sales
Because B117 Services sells digital products that can be delivered or accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once digital access, a licence, a key, a download, credentials, or delivery information has been provided.

Service availability
B117 Services may perform maintenance, replace or update delivery systems, temporarily suspend a product, or modify the storefront when reasonably necessary. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. B117 Services does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with future third-party updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B117 Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use or inability to use a product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, unauthorized redistribution, licence abuse, attacks against the service, abusive conduct, or other material violations of these Terms. Where applicable law requires otherwise, those legal requirements prevail.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the storefront, products, service providers, or business practices change. The latest published version applies prospectively to use of the service, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to completed transactions.
